We are looking for a Lean Process Manager EU South. In your role you will report to the Cluster Operations Manager & Lean Process engineering Director and you will be part of  Lean Process engineering department. You will be based in LU-VE S.p.A, Alonte (VI), Italy.

 

Mission of the role

To improve LUVE global productivity and competitiveness by involving our people in the implementation of Lean principles and methods, and by applying new technologies and automation, starting from manufacturing processes. The role will also coordinate the Lean Process Managers across LUVE’s plants in Italy, ensuring alignment, sharing of best practices and consistency in the deployment of Lean initiatives.

 

 

You will be in charge of

 

  • Lean Strategy Development: Design and implement lean strategies and initiatives aligned with the organization's goals, in accordance with corporate guidelines.
  • Process Improvement: Analyze current processes and workflows to identify areas for improvement. Use tools like value stream mapping, 5S, line balancing and Kaizen events.
  • Time Measurement: Ensure the standards at the best performing level, aligned to the best practices and benchmarking within the group.
  • Training and Development: Train and mentor employees on lean principles, methodologies, and tools. Promote a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Project Management: Lead and manage lean projects from conception through to implementation. Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
  • Performance Monitoring: Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the effectiveness of lean initiatives. Use data to make informed decisions.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including production, quality, supply chain, and engineering, to implement lean initiatives and improvements.
  • Change Management: Facilitate change management processes to ensure smooth transitions and buy-in from all stakeholders.
  • Cost Reduction: Identify and implement cost-saving opportunities through waste reduction and process optimization.
  • Compliance: Ensure all lean initiatives comply with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Industrial Investments: Support the technical and economic evaluation of investments to be included in the budget and in the Strategic Plans, working closely with other functions.
  • Automation and Technology: Manage projects for new production lines or machine, from the design to commissioning. Ensure alignment with Technology and Automation standards, specifications, and guidelines. Leverage technology to enhance operational processes and efficiency.

 

 Education & Experience we are looking for

 

  • A bachelor’s degree in engineering, manufacturing, business administration, or a related field.
  • Experience: 8 – 10 years of experience in the role in a manufacturing or production environment, with a proven track record in implementing lean principles.

 

 

 Qualifications we are looking for

 

  • Lean Certification: Certifications such as Lean Six Sigma Green Belt, Black Belt, or Master Black Belt are highly valued.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify issues and implement effective solutions.
  • Leadership: Strong leadership and project management skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to train staff and communicate with all levels of the organization.
  • Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with lean tools and software used for process mapping and analysis.
  • Attention to Detail: Keen attention to detail to ensure processes are thoroughly evaluated and optimized.
  • Adaptability: ability to adapt to changing business environments and handle multiple projects simultaneously.

The indicative salary range for this position is between 70.000€ and 80.000€  gross per year, depending on the candidate’s experience and seniority level. An annual MBO  bonus and a company car are also provided as part of the compensation package.
