Industrial Cooling Area Manager

We are looking for an Industrial Cooling Area Manager to join our sales team in the Netherlands commercial branch in Breda.
The role reports to the Managing Director Cluster Benelux & UK
Location: Breda, Netherlands
Mission of the role
The Area Manager is responsable for realizing the commercial objectives of the Industrial Cooling business in the assigned Area.
They will be responsible for the turnover, clients assigned and the product sales from all factories where Industrial Cooling products are manufactured.
Role and responsibilities:
- Provide pre-sales technical assistance, defining technical-commercial solutions to customers;
- Identify market / customer requirements and specifics, develop and execute the strategies and tactics for growth of orders and profitability in the agreed sales territory;
- Establish new and maintain existing relationships with customers;
- Regular customer visits and reporting;
- Drive creative solution to minimize the importance of price and maximize the differentiated values of product;
- Being aware and share any important information about market trend;
- Monitoring competition behavior;
- Monitoring customer payments behavior in collaboration the credit department, adjusting the credit limit according to the situation;
- Report regularly on market trends, competition strategies and customer behaviors which may affect business strategies and on quotation & project potential;
- Experience in the field of heat-transfer, or air heat-exchangers would be a plus.
Who are we looking for?
The ideal candidate will have the following skills and competences:
- Experienced self-standing Sales manager delivering solutions and managing business development in the assigned area;
- Technical education or bachelor’s engineering degree;
- At least 3/5 years of professional experience in Technical Sales and Business Development in companies directly or indirectly operating in the Industrial Cooling business, renewable business, energy business, EPCs...;
- Proven Experience in international sales management and motivation working in matrix organization;
- Fluent in English both written and oral (a second foreign language will be a plus);
- Willingness to travel and an ability to work under own initiative;

The indicative gross annual salary (GAS) for this position ranges between €70.000,00 - €75.000,00 depending on the candidate's experience and seniority level. The compensation package also includes a company performance bonus.
