Electrical Designer

Role Mission:
You will join the R&D & Design Team at LUVE's modern manufacturing facility in Gliwice, where you will be responsible for designing electrical solutions for heat exchanger and cooling systems. Through your technical expertise, attention to detail, and commitment to continuous improvement, you will have a direct impact on product quality, the reliability of technical solutions, and the development of efficient engineering processes within the organization.
You will be responsible for:
• Designing electrical and mechanical parts and assemblies for heat exchanger and cooling systems, including the selection of electrical components for customer orders.
• Creating 3D models and 2D technical documentation, including part and assembly drawings, electrical schematics, and Bills of Materials (BOMs), using Inventor, Electrical AutoCAD, and PDM/PLM systems.
• Performing technical calculations required for project execution.
• Entering and maintaining data related to parts and assemblies in information systems while ensuring data accuracy and completeness.
• Cooperating and coordinating with other departments to ensure the smooth execution of projects.
• Communicating with suppliers on technical matters and supporting the implementation of appropriate technical solutions.
• Contributing to the continuous improvement and development of internal processes and standardization activities.
• Performing other duties related to the position as assigned by the direct supervisor.
• Preparing and maintaining accurate and complete technical documentation.
• Ensuring the correctness of data entered into information systems.
• Following internal directives, procedures, processes, and company standards.
Education and Experience:
• High school diploma or university degree in the electrical field.
• Minimum E1 electrical qualification.
• Knowledge of creating technical documentation for parts and assemblies, including models, drawings, wiring diagrams, and Bills of Materials (BOMs).
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, electrical specifications, and manufacturing procedures related to sheet metal and tube processing, including bending, forming, welding, and brazing.
• Experience with 2D and 3D design tools; knowledge of Inventor will be considered an advantage.
• A proactive and creative approach, with a willingness to learn and continuously develop.
• Strong focus on meeting deadlines, reliability, attention to detail, and flexibility.
• English language proficiency, both spoken and written, at an intermediate level or above.
• Good knowledge of Windows and MS Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Knowledge of SAP will be considered an advantage.
