Role mission:

As an HR Specialist, you will play an active role in supporting HR operations in Poland, with a strong focus on recruitment and candidate experience. You will be responsible for supporting end-to-end recruitment activities, developing new sourcing channels and working closely with managers and external recruitment partners to address current staffing needs.

 

You will also contribute to onboarding, employee engagement initiatives, HR administration and various HR projects, gaining broad experience across different areas of Human Resources.

 

 

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting and actively participating in recruitment processes, including job posting, CV screening, candidate communication and coordination of recruitment meetings.
  • Actively sourcing candidates and developing new recruitment channels and talent pools.
  • Cooperating with recruitment agencies and hiring managers to understand and address current staffing needs.
  • Supporting the onboarding process for new employees and ensuring a positive candidate and employee experience.
  • Supporting the administration of employee benefits and day-to-day HR activities.
  • Supporting the organization of employee events, engagement initiatives and internal HR activities.
  • Preparing basic HR reports, analyses and data summaries.
  • Supporting employer branding activities and participating in HR projects and initiatives.
  • Contributing to the continuous improvement of recruitment and HR processes.

 

Education and experience:

  • Previous experience in HR, preferably with a strong focus on recruitment.
  • Genuine interest in developing a career in recruitment and Human Resources.
  • Very good English skills – B2/C1 level, enabling fluent communication in an international working environment.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills, with a proactive and hands-on approach.
  • Ability to build positive and professional relationships with candidates, employees and internal stakeholders.
  • Good knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel.
  • Higher education or currently pursuing a degree, preferably in HR, Management, Administration, Economics or a related field.
  • Willingness to learn, take ownership and work in a dynamic, international environment.
