Tasks and responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales strategies to grow LUVE’s refrigeration components in export markets.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand customer and distributor networks globally.
- Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify trends, customer needs, and growth potential.
- Drive market entry and expansion strategies tailored to regional requirements.
- Act as a technical product expert, providing application guidance and solutions to clients and partners.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with key accounts, distributors, and business partners.
- Manage sales forecasts, budgets, and performance against targets in assigned regions.
- Collaborate with internal teams (R&D, marketing, logistics) to align products with market needs.
- Ensure compliance with export regulations, contracts, and international trade requirements.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activity, reporting insights to senior management.
- Represent LUVE at international trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events.
Qualifications and competences
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, International Trade, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in export sales or business development, with a strong background in refrigeration, HVAC, or related industries.
- Proven success in managing international markets and building a global customer base.
- Excellent sales, negotiation, and communication skills with the ability to manage relationships across different cultures and regions.
- Proficiency in export procedures, trade compliance, and logistics.
- Fluent in English (written and spoken); additional language skills (especially in German, Spanish, or French) are a plus.
- Strong business acumen with a focus on achieving results and meeting sales targets.
