Proposal Engineer

We are looking for a Proposal Engineer. In your role you will report to the Application Engineering manager and you will be part of Sales Department You will be based in LU-VE S.p.A, Uboldo (VA), Italy.

Mission of the role

A Proposal Engineer oversees the development, management, and submission of business proposals, ensuring they are compelling, compliant, and delivered on time.

You will be in charge of

• Coordinating the entire proposal process from start to finish, adopting a consultative approach and considering the broader system in which our products are integrated and expected to perform.
• Developing technical and commercial proposals by gathering, organizing and consolidating information from multiple departments, ensuring alignment with customer requirements and company objectives.
• Interacting with customers to clarify technical and application requirements and tailoring proposals to best meet their needs.
• Sharing and continuously transferring market and application knowledge within the Application Engineering team through training and knowledge-sharing activities.

 Education & Experience we are looking for

• At least 10 years in the role/similar role in medium/large companies preferable in the refrigeration sector
• Engineering Degree (Energy, Mechanical, Materials, Aerospace Engineering)

 Qualifications we are looking for

• Proficiency in English (written and spoken)

• Strong Communication: Ability to convey complex information clearly and persuasively to both internal teams and clients.
• Multitasking and Organization: Managing multiple proposals and deadlines efficiently.
• Leadership and Collaboration: Guiding teams and coordinating across departments.
• Technical and Computer Literacy: Proficiency with proposal software, document management systems, and presentation tools.
• Analytical and Research Skills: Understanding client needs and market trends to create competitive proposals.
