Group Talent & Development Specialist  

As Group Talent & Development Specialist you will join the Corporate HR Talent Team, reporting to the Group Talent Acquisition & Development Manager, and you will be based at LU-VE S.p.A, Uboldo (VA), Italy.

 

Mission of the role

The role’s mission is to identify, develop, and retain key capabilities and future leaders, ensuring that employees at all levels have the skills, knowledge, and growth opportunities required to support the Group’s strategic objectives.

By partnering closely with HR Managers and business stakeholders, the role drives a coherent, data-informed approach to learning, performance, and career development across LUVE.

 

You will be in charge of

 

 Talent Acquisition

  • Contribute to the definition and deployment of the Group Talent Acquisition strategy, ensuring alignment with business needs, workforce planning, and employer branding objectives
  • Partner with HR Managers and hiring managers and coordinate end-to-end recruitment processes
  • Promote a recruiting excellence standard across the Group and ensure consistent candidate experience
  • Support the development of talent pipelines and proactive sourcing approaches for critical roles and future capabilities
  • Contribute to employer branding initiatives in collaboration with HR team and Communications
  • Ensure recruitment practices comply with internal policies, labor laws, and diversity & inclusion principles

 

Learning & Development:

  • Coordinate and evaluate learning programs (technical, soft skills, leadership, onboarding, etc.)
  • Manage and continuously improve the Group’s learning frameworks, tools, and platforms
  • Analyze development data and feedback to continuously improve programs
  • Prepare reports and insights for HR and leadership teams
  • Stay up to date on best practices and trends in talent development and learning

 

Talent Management & Career Development

  • Support the implementation of talent management processes such as performance management, potential assessment, and development plans
  • Contribute to succession planning and leadership development initiatives
  • Design and promote career development frameworks and internal mobility pathways
  • Provide guidance and tools to managers to strengthen their role in employee development

 

 Education & Experience we are looking for

  • 6-7 years of experience in Talent Acquisition and Learning & Development
  • Solid understanding of talent development processes, learning methodologies, and performance management systems
  • Experience managing learning programs
  • Fluency in English
  • Strong skills in MS Office
  • Experience working in a multi-entity, matrix, or international organization is a strong asset
