Sustainability Specialist

We are looking for a Sustainability Specialist who will report to the Sustainability Manager. Your workplace will be our HQ located in Uboldo (VA).
Mission
Support the development and implementation of the company's sustainability strategy and contributing to the achievement of LUVE's sustainability goals.
Responsibilities
- Prepare the Sustainability Report in compliance with CSRD/ESRS reporting standards.
- Support the definition and implementation of the company's sustainability strategy by identifying and driving sustainability initiatives and projects across the Group and its subsidiaries.
- Collect, monitor, and analyze Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) data and KPIs related to the Sustainability Plan integrated into the business strategy.
- Collaborate with cross-functional departments (Operations, HR, Procurement, Finance, etc.) to integrate sustainable practices into business processes.
- Manage the completion and submission of major sustainability ratings and assessments (e.g., CDP, EcoVadis) as well as sustainability questionnaires for customers and investors.
- Prepare presentations, reports, and communication materials for management and key stakeholders.
- Monitor sustainability trends, emerging regulations, and industry best practices.
- Support the activities of the Group's international Sustainability Community.
Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have)
- Knowledge of global sustainability trends and the evolving ESG landscape.
- Experience conducting supplier sustainability audits (e.g., ISO 14001, SA8000, or similar standards).
- Experience with ESG data management software.
Requirements
- 2–3 years of experience in sustainability within a corporate environment or a consulting firm.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field.
- Solid knowledge of CSRD/ESRS reporting standards.
- Familiarity with carbon footprint methodologies (Scope 1, Scope 2, and Scope 3).
- Strong analytical and data management skills, with advanced Excel proficiency; knowledge of Power BI or similar tools is a plus.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
- Strong project management skills and the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
- Excellent communication, presentation, synthesis, and technical writing skills.
- Attention to Detail: Keen attention to detail to ensure processes are thoroughly evaluated and optimized.
- Adaptability: ability to adapt to changing business environments and handle multiple projects simultaneously.

The indicative gross annual salary (RAL) for this position ranges between €35.000 and €40.000, depending on the candidate's experience and seniority level. The compensation package also includes a company performance bonus. The applicable collective labour agreement is CCNL Metalmeccanica Industria, which provides an annual welfare benefit of €250.
